This number is predicted to grow in the next couple of years rather than shrink. The demand for labels, packaging and other printing needs makes the print industry worth more than the automotive and gaming industries.

Direct marketing gets more responses than email. We all have email, and we all deal with it daily. It seems that people still respond better to direct mail marketing than to email marketing. Flyers, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, etc. have a higher response rate than email marketing does. This is probably because people are becoming increasingly annoyed with email promotions and text messages.
